Warcraft The Movie!

Blizzard nu se opreste sa ne surprinda si cu ocazia Blizzcon 07 a anuntat un film inspirat din lumea WoW. Filmul va fi facut de Legendary Pictures ( 300 si Batman Begins) si va fi un film de actiune care se va desfasura in Azeroth.
Jon Jashni, seful de creatie de la Legendary, zice ca vrea sa faca un film pentru toata lumea si nu doar pentru cunoscatorii jocului, iar actiunea lui se va desfasura cu un an inainte fata de povestea jocului.
Desi nu a fost numit inca nici un regizor sau vreun actor, producatorii ar vrea sa lanseze filmul in anul 2009.

Asteptam cu nerabdare :)

End of The Private Servers

"Privately run WoW servers have been dropping like flies in the last day or so after receiving letters from Blizzard's lawyers under the DMCA. They've been shut down so quickly and rapidly that it's being heralded as "the end of private servers" by quite a few people. The biggest and most well known servers such as Toxic WoW and Ani-WoW are more or less all gone already, and it seems that it's only a matter of time before the smaller ones go down as well. Supposedly, this letter has a pretty long list of sites and servers that are to be taken down.

Some of these sites have just called it a day, shut down their servers and will move on with their lives, but a few others are already talking about starting them back up elsewhere, 'underground.' It's the internet, and at this point, that just seems silly. Blizzard is watching, and it seems this issue has moved up a notch on their priority list."

Se pare ca Blizzard s-a saturat ca micii profitori sa castige bani din creatia lor.Mare pacat pentru jucatorii de WoW care nu isi pot permite un cont pe "official",castig urias pentru Blizzard.

Nu,nu este un film horror cu niste actori slabi este un joc.Un joc scos de Valve si publicat de steam.
Foloseste engine-ul care ne-a delectat la Half-Life2 si aproape acelasi sistem de joc.Poveste?Nu prea are.Stim ca un anume oras a fost infestat cu un anumit virus si toti se transforma in zombies.Bineinteles se gasesc supravietuitori printre care te afli si tu si trebuie sa ajungi la Extraction Point.
Vei juca alaturi de inca 3 personaje fiecare specific prin felul sau; de exemplu: Bill,un veteran din Vietnam tot timpul se avanta in fata si foloseste medkitt-urile,primind mustrarile celorlalti.Tu vei putea alege cu care dintre caractere vei dori sa te joci.Single-Player-ul il cuprinzi in 6 ore de joc insa adevarata actiune se desfasoara in Multiplayer.Faceti bine si cumparati-va Headphones si microfon.
